Hulu got back to me on Social Media. It seems the only options are the 99 cent option or the 17.99 option. You cant get the 99 and then upgrade to no ads for a reduced fee. Ads are a deal breaker for us.
I don't find the ads to be terribly bad; often only 30 seconds and never more than 90 seconds. I've watched movies with ad-supported Hulu where there was only an ad or two at the beginning. Hopefully it doesn't get worse.

Weve done ad supported hulu before, though it was awhile ago (at least a year, possibly several). I'm ok with it but my husband isnt. We do ok with ad supported Peacock, they give a countdown clock so maybe that is the difference for him?

Hulu gives a countdown clock, at least it does for me. Maybe it's changed since you had it. I will have it for exactly one year on the 27th. If that's the difference for you, might want to check it out. For 99 cents the price can't be beat imo.

I watch the fights on ESPN+ every Saturday. The broadcast is usually 5 hours long and they play the same 2 commercials over and over again for the entire broadcast. Last week it was the cute girl with the skin problem and people singing about their colon. What fun!

It was probably 18 months ago that we had it. Either that or add 12 months. LOL

Update on the Wedderspoon cough drops. They are excellent and worth the price. I just don't like the 25 calories per drop part.

I cut up all of my physical cards from CVS a few days ago and I unsubscribed from the emails for my digital cards just now. No Herbal Essences crt this week really was the last straw for me. Now all I have to do is spend the ecb's that I have and I'll be liberated from CVS. It feels great! No more survey requests and coupons for products that I don't buy. No more clipping digital coupons on Sunday morning only to never use them because I don't get a 20/80 or any other x/xx. No more disappointment when I can't do the deals that everybody else seems to be able to do. No more going to Erica's site and reading about a bunch of Ibotta offers that I don't do. Yeah, I feel liberated. I waited much too long to do this.
If it makes you feel better, good for you.

I do hope you have phone numbers attached to those ecbs you still have to use if you've removed all other means of connecting to the CVS card. Wink

Thank you. Hopefully, CVS gives me a reason to come back.

The post office changed the info on my tracking today to say that they received the package on the 20th so it wasn't the shipper's fault. Before it said that the package was never dropped off at the post office. The post office shouldn't be allowed to change the record of what happened. The seller got back to me today and the post office made me look stupid because of the new info. I guess that I need to take a screenshot from now on. I'm sure glad that I paid extra for priority mail with insurance (sarcasm).

I know that everybody has been waiting for my take on the changes at CVS lol so here it is. It should be good for CVS and the store employees. For us, multiple items in the same deal with a limit of 1 will be a problem. So will store stock. Ibotta deals will get wiped out early as will detergent and paper products. It's going to be harder to roll your extra bucks with only 2 ad cycles to work with. On the plus side, it means fewer trips to the store which means more time to explore the options at other stores. Walgreens should take advantage of this. All they have to do is make it so you can earn W Cash when you spend it and CVS will lose a lot of customers. It could be a game changer for Wags. I hope that the Wags people have their thinking caps on.
