I got brave and took the bus to RA this morning. It was much easier than I expected it to be. The ride there was a piece of cake but the ride home was a little sketchy. Nothing happened but it easily could've. I didn't feel comfortable especially with a big bag full of things I had just got from RA (mostly food items). The bus dropped off a lady and then did a loop and passed her again a few minutes later. She flipped the bus off. I can't figure that one out other than she was crazy. I'm glad that I went to RA but I don't know if I'd take the bus again. Maybe if I just needed a ride but not if I'm shopping.

What coupon database do you use?
I used to use coupon tom but it hasn't worked for a while.

Sometimes I find myself in the store looking at a marked down product and wonder if it has a q or mom asks me if tums etc has a coupon I need to look it up.

For the first time in a long time, I won't be clipping coupons or shopping on Sunday. All I'm looking for this week are some paper towels. Maybe there are some good deals out there on other things but I don't know and I don't care.

I'm in that same boat! My husband is going to be really shocked when I don't have anywhere to go tomorrow!

Well, I don't need paper towels, but I don't have much to shop for this coming week.

I usually have paper towels stacked to the ceiling but with walking for the last month I'm down to my last 6-pack. No way to get them home unless I go next door to Vons and actually pay for them. There are two kinds of people in the world - those that go through paper towels like crazy and those who use one roll a year. I'm definitely in the first group.

15 years ago I had a bad car accident, broke both femurs, 1 arm, 2 neck vertabrae, dislocated shoulder, collapsed lung (I died, resuscitated, etc.). Your foot reminds me of that ordeal. One leg felt like a log dragging when I was finally able to begin taking a step. And the bottom of the foot had no feeling whatsoever. Anyway, my point of telling you this is that I don't think I would be recovered as much as I am without yoga stretches and chiropractic care, not to forget the fabulous surgeons at the beginning.
I know so many people think chiropractors are quacks, but anyone who really does research on the the body, can easily see the that is just not true. I strongly urge you to consult a chiropractor.
Just saying also, I really admire your fortitude and persistence. You couldn't drive anymore, so you you immediately took up walking. That's determination!

I never heard of kratom before but from what I just read about kratom and marijuana, they are not the same, not from the same plant, nor work the same way. Where did you find that they were?
