I had thought this medication was about 300K a year due to how my insurance read later in the year but this year I accessed my information right after my first refill of the year and my tally for the year was just over 336K (a three month supply is usually what I get) so I am thinking this is around 100K a month. I understand why my insurance wants to not cover this but Ive been through the ringer in finding something that works. I'm hoping whatever I transition to works as well or better.
I hate to think what your co-payment is. My medical bills last year were 2 million. I don't have to take any super expensive drugs like you do but I figure that my drug bill was around $50,000. It's the hospital visits and all of the tests that run up the tab plus I had an emergency angiogram and a surgery. I've been in the hospital once this year for 3 days and I didn't even get a private room. My bill was well over $100,000.

There are two commercials that are absolutely driving me out of my mind. The first is the Verizon one with that guy. Maybe the commercial itself isn't that bad but they play it a million times. The other one is the DunKings Munchkins Skewer with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. It sounds like they're saying Don King, who is a famous boxing promoter. The stupid thing is 3 donut holes on a stick. Since it's Dunkin Donuts, they probably want $20 for it.

Your posting about 'private rooms' got me thinking. I didn't even know hospitals still had shared rooms. Since I avoid hospitals at all costs, the only time I've ever been an inpatient was when our son was born (and even then I considered having him at home) and I had a shared room - one that had two beds foot to foot not side by side - in an older hospital which was in the process of converting all rooms to private and that was 45 years ago. I have visited folks in hospitals many times since in several different cities/states and every single room was private. I actually thought shared rooms were done away with due to infections, more peace for patients (your complaint), etc. Always interesting to learn something new.

I got some good shopping news yesterday:
Albertsons/Safeway brought back (to me) the $1 off ANY Bakery, Produce, O Organics, and Yogurt purchase coupons. I was so shocked - thought they were gone forever.
Anyone else get them?

I need to do some research and only go to a hospital that has private rooms.

No problem. I do it all of the time. I got those coupons and a 5/5 on one of my cards but I'm not really seeing that much at Vons this week.

I'm beyond annoyed with Target.
I've been getting some interesting offers, and have a GC that DH got as a gift from work
But when I tried various scenarios, and test in online cart, they don't work

The last one was Swiffer power mop pads (DH will do floors with these), they have $10GC wyb 3 and I have offer $10 off $40 household that shows them qualifying.
14.49x 3 is over $40.
But the cart does't take anything off. I went back and read everything, they should work for store pick up (which I selected for testing). I don't know how to test for offers that are in-store only

I finally figured out that most dQs don't work on shipped items.
And on one offer, it said something about other Circle offers not working, so % off on specific items & digital MQs wouldn't apply? That kills most deals.

I get a headache after a couple of hours and just quit. DH can order the d@mned things on Amazon!!

We all got them.
Are you in norcal? You mentioned Safeway.
If so, check Vons and see if you got them there, too. You'll get $2 off per dept.
I did not
I also had a problem trying to use all 4 in a single transaction. Recommend splitting them up if possible.

The best I could do for yogurt is NOT load the weekly .99 dQ for Fage. It's on extended sale 1.25, .25 AC

SW thread is here

I got another 5/5 from Vons so I used that and my $2 dq on 4 Pepsi 12-packs this morning and everything worked fine.

Your not alone. I, too, have had problems getting things to work at Target. Even when in the store, my husband points out that nothing on the coupons, etc., state cannot be used with another one but their reply is always if the register won't take it there is nothing they can do. I've stopped trying. Not worth my time and frustration.

I hate the "there's nothing I can do" attitude. Back in the old days, you'd get fired for saying that to a customer. Now it's in the training manual at certain stores.

I thought that the point of digital was to make things easier. With insert coupons, all you had to do was get the Sunday paper clip the ones you wanted. Now you have to go through 300 digital coupons to pick out the 5 that you want and then you have to look at each item to see if it works with the coupon. It doesn't seem easier to me.

I worked in customer service in the corporate world and 'there's nothing I can do' was not in my vocabulary. Also, I usually went above and beyond to 'fix' whatever was wrong, even if it was an error by the client. I recently wrote a letter to the CEO of Delta Airlines because of the way they handled an error that was 100% created by Delta but ultimately did not send it as I felt it would have gone nowhere. To make a really long story (one that went on for several days) short, our son booked a Delta vacation using some mileage points from my husband who is also his dad. Both are frequent flyers and were extremely active before covid. This is allowed per Delta's policy and all seemed to go well at first. A few days later when our son was in his Delta account for something unrelated to his vacation trip, he realized his vacation had been cancelled with no explanation or notification to him or his dad. Turns out that Delta, for a reason never acknowledged, red flagged both of their accounts as being fraudulent. Delta reps had no clue why this happened, no idea how long their accounts would stay red flagged, and stated even though Delta did this there was no way for them to 'fix' it. With my background, I stated this was totally unacceptable. Yet when requesting and ultimately demanding to speak to someone 'higher up' were told there was no one else that will talk with outside folks, only talk to the Delta phone agents who were acting as a go between for us and the higher ups. It was a total mess. After several days and many hours on the phone, I was the one who finally came up with a couple of solutions. One I suggested was that our son and his dad go to the Delta counter at the local airport with picture ID's to prove who they really are. Another was that they send pictures of themselves together holding their picture ID's showing who they really are, that they know each other, and are not using the points fraudulently nor without each other's knowledge and consent. This is what Delta finally agreed to doing but still would not acknowledge that it was actually my idea. They kept repeating how happy they were to be able to take care of this problem. Good grief! And this only worked because my husband and myself are currently living in the same city as our son. When we lived cross country the two would not have been able to take picture together. Not sure what would have happened then. It was just a total mess.

I do not find digital coupons easier as they often don't work and then what? Most cashiers know nothing about digital coupons and don't seem to want to deal with them.

It's gotten so bad at our local store that when I load digital coupons to my loyalty card I then print out a record of which coupons are loaded so I can show the customer service and get my coupon value given to me. Just another line to wait in. Ugh!
