It's a mistake on Newegg.
Asus' official website for this model states only one configuration with i9, and that's i9-13980HX.

the model number is - K6602VV-ES94. for that the cpu is 13900H according to asus

This model is K6602VV series, not the JV series. This Normal VivoBook Pro16 series with low powered CPU and GPU (CPU is limited to 55W max and GPU to 50W max). The JV series in the Pro 16X serieswith HX series CPU, running over 100W and full powered RTX 4070 (Max). Check the below link for the spec for K6604VV series.
