I've had horrible experiences with Woot. Their customer service is nonexistent. It's all through email and takes days to get a response. I received several orders that were the wrong items. After 7 email attempts, over 3 weeks, I was told to file an insurance claim with UPS. Lol. It's not UPS's fault WOOT shipped the wrong items. I'd recommend steering clear.

I'm such a huge fan of the stretch chinos and stretch jeans at Costco for around 10 a pop when on discount that I'm not sure about these. 🤔

In my experience, these run big. I recently bought the jeans from woot and ended up returning. Guys sizes are usually pretty standard, but these were off.... for example a 36x32 was closer to a 38x34. Plus, they stretch (waist included), so they'll get even bigger as you wear them throughout the day.

I bought the slim fit chinos. $18 cheap enough to give it a shot and hope they fit.

What is Woot's return policy?

You may return most purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some orders qualify for a Fast Refund. If your order qualifies, then Woot will process the refund one business day after you drop off the package with the carrier. If your order doesn't qualify, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after the package arrives to our warehouse. If the item being returned is not damaged or defective, we'll deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping from the refund.

I got the chinos before. Quality is what you expect from like Temu or shein, random threads sticking out through out. Take a moment with some scissors to clean it up and they look pretty good. They are very comfortable. It also can use an extra belt loop

I'm honestly right there with you. The last item I ordered, they never updated the tracking. When asked, they basically just said they could refund me a couple days later...only to come out with a tracking number, saying it was already delivered. Seems like they don't have their stuff together

I've never had an issue with Woot. The last thing I ordered were the bomber jackets that were posted here a couple weeks ago and one didn't fit so I requested a return. They said I could keep the jacket and they refunded me right away.
