Okay, nobody is even close to this price. CCC shows this as the lowest price ever. If you look at the price chart, it looks like this item fell off a cliff. Also, it's a fairly cool adjustable pvc/abs pipe cutter. You'll have to check out some YouTube videos where experienced plumbers use this - it's quite impressive, and allows you to get into very tight under cabinet and interior wall spaces. Just to give you an idea how good the price is - I bought this about 6 months ago from a 3rd party on Amazon, Used Like New condition, and spent over $23 for it... and that was the lowest price around, at the time.

Try to fit the $8 HFT ones you linked inside a tight wall where the pvc/abs is 2 inches from the backside wall or a stud.
It's not designed to cut sched 40 PVC, so that is expected. It's meant to cut soft plastic pipe, like drain extensions and conduit.
Harbor Freight? Naw, I'm good.

Buy this Little Elf wrapping paper cutter it's the best thing ever. I tried many times and failed miserably at getting scissors to glide down the paper while cutting. This little thing is incredible it's so fast and easy.

Thank you for that detail, was looking to use it primarily with schedule 40.
Also should mention that there is a little storage spot for an extra blade which is included. Although, after tens of cuts on ABS, CPVC, and PEX I'm still using the original blade.
