I'm grateful for users that predicted this deal in both Target and BB deal threads. I bought one from the Target deal, and I'm definitely going to use this. Thank you, SD members.
The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint
I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

Yep, there's an esim activation option in the mint app. It's free of charge and works even if you originally purchased the physical sim option.

I activated my note 20 ultra first with physical sim first but then converted to ESIM after a week or so and it worked without a hitch.

In what way you are going to help in the DM. You should tell your support personnel to improve their knowledge and skills.
Finally, I gave up and proposed a solution to assign me a new phone number. Now I have to update all my contacts, banks, utilities, etc about my phone number change. Any OTP sent by any of the business will go to no-man's land.

The height of the frustration is, after getting new number, the data didn't work. Phone calls worked and data didn't work. When asked the MINT mobile staff said that my phone is carrier locked and asked me to contact my previous service provider. Ridiculous, I bought the unlocked phone outside the service provider. I was not under any contract with my previous service provider. If MINT mobile database has wrong information, then MINT mobile should take responsibility and clean it up. Why should I call all other service providers in the world? If the phone is locked, then how come the phone calls worked?

Worst service and support. No knowledge, no responsibility.

Help through DM is cheating. After dragging the issue for a month, you are going to repeat the same.

Just wanted to post my experience here. I joined Mint during this promotion, but never got the extra 3 month credit. Emailed their support and got an automated reply saying this email account isn't monitored anymore and to try their chat feature. Tried chatting and after five minutes of trying to get an actual person (their chat is automated) I finally did. He proceeds to tell me that I joined AFTER the promotion ended, which is bs, and so I send him a screenshot of my order email and he left the chat. I finally called the cs phone number (which is what I should've done from the git-go) and they tried telling me I signed up BEFORE the promotion. I insisted (politely) that this, too, was wrong, and even submitted my original order email (which mentioned the free months). They tried to tell me I had "misunderstood" the email, but they then submitted a ticket to look into it. After another hour, I got a phone call from T-Mobile saying that they had now applied the credits "even though I signed up outside of the promotional date." Complete insanity.

Currently in a simlar situation. When you said you joined during the promo period did you also order during the promo period or ordered earlier but activated during promo period?
