Sadly no, Google hasn't had that for a while now... I have the Pixel 6 Pro and even that doesn't have unlimited photos. Think it was with Pixel 5 and earlier phones only.
If you have Amazon Prime, their photo app lets you backup/store unlimited photos. Only videos count towards the storage.
