This is the only (legit) gripe I've heard about the PACKOUT line. But there's a bunch of DIY tips available to help with that. Most requiring silicone and making your own seals, which you will eventually have to replace after so much use.
The new 3 drawer has two narrower and one tall drawer.

Ordered this 3 pc tool box along with several other packout boxes. First the order never shipped so a week later I call in, told it will ship that day (week late) then later that day see an errant additional charge of $150 is applied. Call back and assured it's an error that will auto correct later. Following day, no correction and charge remains. Email back (3 times) and call in - still no resolution. Decided to dispute charge with my credit card company and will never purchase from Acme tools again as their "processes" or ethics are questionable. The packout tools? There's enough reviews on those.

Still waiting on the Packout worktop that is actually back ordered, that I didn't inquire about, but now I'm worried.
Awhile back they had a deal on the M12 fuel drill driver kit in the packout tool box, the website showed the packout tool box with metal sides but it came in the plain packout case, I emailed them and they had Milwaukee ship out the packout case that was advertised on their site.

I'm getting all my packouts from home depot from now on.
Here is what I got from acme on this deal.
The front is bent when it's suppose to be straight. Other Packouts will not slot to the top unless you force it on.
There are lots of bad reviews from trustpilot/reddit about acme. There are people that never got their money back, were charged extra.
Acme customer service is F minus.
They have literally the worst customer service for an established company owned by AMAZON.
Sometimes great deals but always a gamble.

the problem isn't the business. the problem is brain dead people creating problems for themselves and then crying about it on the internet. i've read some of those complaints. the problem is not acme.
i prefer acme over homedepot, amazon, lowes and everything else. i spent over 100k at acme over the years and i haven't had an issue that couldn't be solved with a 2 minute phone call.

I called and cancelled an order before they shipped and somehow it still shipped.
