Are the lenses themselves from these places (zenni, glassesusa, eyebuydirect, firmoo, etc) all basically the same? I need 1.67 high index.

As for the GC's, it looks like they use blackhawk. So, no way to use multiple Amex offers unless someone knows a way to split payments (like dell).
