I have 2 of them that I bought under the "Mifaso" brand label, but again the unit is the same. I bought it about 9 months ago, and I just noticed last week that - while it still works - the surge protector green light is out on one, indicating it is no longer protected against surges. I'll probably junk it and buy a new one, or see what else is out there. (And who knows, maybe there was an actual power surge and it worked as intended?)
My advice is: It works really nicely if you have any awkwardly placed outlets since it rotates and only requires one plug, or even if you just don't want an extension cable hanging down the wall to the floor. But I would be hesitant to plug any really high quality electronics into it... And I would check it periodically to make sure the green light is still on.

The product description shows that it has 12 months warranty, including a 90 day return period. I'm thinking about getting it.. still on the fence at the moment.

Yes this is shilling and I'm hesitant to believe a tiny surge protector is good for 1800J
They also have a 9-plug one for $12.71 just today https://www.amazon.com/Multi-Plug...B08XMJQQ

The 12 does not have the BIG selling point of the 6.... rotating plug, which is the only reason I got this for. I have a upside down outlet and I been too lazy to completely rewire the outlet so another power extender stands in the correct upright position. I was looking for a long long time for a rotating outlet setup like this, and was never able to locate one.

Of course if it is UL certified that's a different story [ /s]
