This sales price matches its closest competitor, the TCL QM8 which is also available at Best Buy.

I just ordered the Hisense U75K deal from Costco because of the nice warranty and great picture quality, but I still feel very conflicted on Hisense U75K vs U8K vs TCL QM8. The TCL is definitely the brightest and most vibrant and has the deepest blacks which gives it the best picture quality imo, but has concerns about upscaling and motion processing which could be detrimental to streaming and sports. Also only a 1 year warranty compared to the 2 for U8K and 3 for U75K. The Hisense U8K on the other hand has excellent audio and better motion processing than the TCL and is brighter and more contrasty than the U75K, but not sure if it's a big enough improvement from the U75K to warrant a $200 price tag increase (based on the video reviews I've seen). Especially since the U75K gets that extra year of warranty and seems to be the value leader.

The TCL Q7 also appears to be available at Best Buy for $649.99 for the 65 inch version, but I think the Costco U75K is a better deal given the 2 extra years of warranty.

Lots of decent options for 4K/120 gaming using my 4090. Given my old LG OLED which is only 4K/60 has significant burn in from using it as a PC monitor for 6 years now, upgrade time. This will be my black friday purchase, will be some sort of 4K/120 LED TV... looks like the Hisense U7 and U8 seem to get glowing reviews, but the TCL Q7 is no slouch either.

The Samsung Q70 seems to get rather mediocre reviews by comparison.

Yes, even the U7 beats the Samsung Q70 for less money. U8k is the highest rated LED TV (LED, mini LED, QLED etc)

I've watched a few videos on both tvs(digital trends, etc) and is it me or does the u8ks picture has a greenish tint on white areas? I'm looking at getting the 85" of 1 of these and I like everything about the u8k except the white color that isn't as white as the qm8

Im getting this TV for my parents and they still watch alot of broadcast TV and the U8K has the new ATSC 3.0 (NextGen) while the QM8 does not.

Something to note if your source is over the air.

My sis got an U8K and I am blown away by the picture quality. I have a Sony A80J OLED and I'd be just fine with a lower cost U8K.

Only annoying thing that would keep me from buying is the laggy Google TV interface. It's very annoying, no excuse for it.
