However, a point to note is that this isn't a native 4K projector. It works on pixel-shifting 1080p to 4K.
This is expected, because native 4K projectors are a couple of grands, at its lowest!

Are you talking about pixel shifting? I don't think that's how it works.

It's called pixel shifting. This will pixel shift 4x from the native 1080. Native 4k projectors run north of $5k like the Sony VW295ES or JVC NX5 and these are the cheapest options.
I think you are referring to what are marketed as true 4k projectors in the $2k price range. Those are also 4x pixel shifting. There are also some which do 2x pixel shifting but sold as 4k projectors like the Epson 2350 home cinema 4k.
I have this projector and got this manufacturer refurbished from viewsonic ebay store for around $520 with 2 year warranty. It's a great projector but needs color calibration. The main issue though is it does not automatically change the picture settings when your source changes from SDR to HDR. It does the other way around. If someone has found a fix for it please let me know.
This is a great price if you are looking for new. Thanks and repped OP..

Yes but limited to decoding signals side by side, top and bottom, and frame sequential at 60Hz. You would need active shutter 3D glasses. Also make sure you have the latest firmware.
