hmm I think that's the same price I paid for this same TV last year. It's working great so far.

Same price as last year. I'm super happy with it. It's surpassed my expectations considering it was only $228 for 65" TV.

I bought this TV to hang on the wall under our covered patio. We set it up on outside on Sunday just to see what the picture looks like against the wall (not leaving it out and will set it up in April when the weather breaks). There is a lot of glare but once I hooked up YTTV it seemed ok, I'm not totally blown away and will probably attempt some tweaks from the link above. We had a 55" Samsung out there last summer and I think the picture was so much brighter and sharp with the Samsung that didn't cost too much more than this one. I had a TCL soundbar and that made a huge difference in the sound.
For the price it's a good deal, thinking about getting the extra warranty.
I mean a smaller tv that cost more than a bigger tv generally is going to be a better tv 😅

This is my first LCD TV, but I feel like the back light bleed is pretty terrible. I'm trying to decide if I can live with it in since it's just a bedroom TV, but it does bother me quite a bit. It feels like it's a pretty significant downgrade from my 1080P Samsung plasma I've had for the past 10 years. Anyone else having this problem? Is there anything better without going spending $1k plus? I feel like I'd much rather spend a few hundred more to not have this issue. I don't want to spend $1,000+ on a bedroom TV.
these sets are so cheaply built now but you think they could figure out how to get rid of back light bleed in 2023. the tcl from last years black friday lasted 1 month before it diedSmilie

Yeah just not gonna go through the hassle if it's just a automatic return.

Happened to be in the store and it was right there on the shelf. And yes, it was the correct 'R' version. It was in front of two non-R ones.
