you need to push the milk frother in more until it clicks. you should feel the top of the machine warm up.

Yeah.. got it figured to wait for some 15-20 minutes for it to warm up and then tried and it worked ..

I had the same issue, the pump is not "pumping" however i left it filled with water for few hours and tried again and it worked. After multiple cleanings, the water coming out still smelling plastic. Very cheaply made machine

Received the espresso maker just an hour or so ago. Got it set up. Made an espresso, a cappuccino and a latte thus far. To my untrained taste buds, the espresso is no better or worse than my Delonghi. The double shots turn out maybe a bit smaller in quantity than I expected. But the machine does get the job done.
As others have stated , build quality isn't the best. The milk tank specifically is a pain to take out, but I expect it to loosen up a bit with use.

No complaints on the purchase. Durability is the question.

What does everyone plan to do with the leftover milk in the milk tank to keep it from going bad ? Empty it out into a cup and store it? Or store the tank itself in the fridge ?

Got the espresso machine. Received an obviously used one. It was wet inside the bag and had mold inside the machine.

If you don't want to put the milk tank away from the machine, using a separate small container for leftover milk in fridge might be a viable solution.

The same thing happened to mine. There was some sort of moisture inside the bag and the metal brewhead was corroded. I don't think this was used since it's a brand new product for Black Friday. It was probably just rushed from the factory with bad quality control.

I received it today and did the priming/cleaning as written in the manual but still getting the plasticky small things and smell after the cleaning process. I haven't started making coffee yet. Any idea how to remove those small particles and plasticky smell from the machine? Or am I overthinking and it is what it is?

Can anyone recommend a relatively decent affordable Coffee Grinder to go with this?
