This is Ace's early Black Friday sale. Pretty good deal for a starter set of quality tools for someone, especially a backyard mechanic with the included ratchet. These are brushed though obviously from the price, some don't mind it. It does come with a couple 1.5Ah batteries, you may want to upgrade at some point and a nice carry bag. Charger works for M18 as well.

Not saying this is great deal because these are brushed version but for some planning to buy check your chase CC (if you have one) offers because mine had 20% off ($18 max) CB which is not a lot but better than nothing.

Here's what I found on another site for this kit. You should be able to look up the part numbers for the tools to make a better decision.

The 2498-25 M12 Cordless 5-Tool Combo Kit the M12 3/8 in. Ratchet (2457-20), M12 3/8 in. Drill/Driver (2410-20), M12 Hex Impact Driver (2450-20), M12 HACKZALL Reciprocating Saw (2420-20) and M12 Work Light (49-24-0146).

This isn't a bad deal for people that want more than 1 of these tools.

I wanted brushless so I went with the Home Depot Fuel Ratchet + Fuel Impact kit with bonus extra battery and hacked/returned the extra battery for about the same price as this. 3453-22HSR
