I can't speak for Sam's Club, but when I bought this on Costco the delivery was not instant. It took me 4 hours. Problem was that I found a flight I liked and was all the way up to the checkout page, and then I bought the GC from Costco only to get boned by this wait. I think I got lucky and the price didn't change too much.
