This or the Ninja SS351 for $100? Seems like the grater and slicer are the only 2 extras you get with this SS401

Edit: I also see this one is only 1200W where the SS351 is 1400W, I'm not sure how important or big of a difference that is

I've had this since last year, Honestly the entire unit is loud regardless of what it's doing. Love it though, very powerful.
