What exactly makes this comparable to a Galaxy Tab S8? This has a 60hz refresh rate (found on the $260 Lenovo p12), 500 nits (but in testing really 430, 30 lower than the galaxy tab S8) only matches the base iPad 9, along with the 8mp camera. Has a lower sRGB gamut than the Tab 8 by almost 50 percent. Can't shoot 4k like the iPad 10. Scores 1400 points lower on Geekbench than the iPad 10. Doesn't have an SD card port like the S8.
The only advantage this has is the dock, but nest hubs can be had for cheaper for those who already have a tablet.
It's just a meh deal.
The fact this deal isn't gaining any traction proves my point. This is just another whatever android tablet with no hook. When it's $300 or less we'll probably see more enthusiasm.

Day to day however its comparable to S8 for tablet workloads, now it can't compete with Plus or ultra versions and is missing a SD card so yeah ymmv for many.
What are your thoughts on the best value/performance tablet? S8+ or Ipad Pro?
