The downside is that it's the NON-slim and you have to pay tax, but I think that's the best current deal if you aren't a vet or don't know one that can get this one for you.
With that said, some people prefer the older version because the disc drive doesn't need online connectivity to be activated. Here's the link if interested:

As I'm packing everything back in the box to be gift wrapped, I'm thinking to myself why was the seal broken. Well, I'm missing my digital code for Spiderman 2.
