Almost same price and look as Patagonia jacket I bought a few months ago. Except Patagonia is softer, warmer, and has a lifetime warranty.

I have personally found with the pants that the country of origin can influence sizing. I found as much as an inch difference on the hem depending on where they were from.

A 1-1.25in waist diff for the same size is within spec. I bought few Carhartt pants and they are never the same.
