I really wouldn't recommend. In fact, I can't wait to drop them after our device payments are over in 10 months. I've had straight talk and U.S. mobile (Verizon towers) and I've never had problems regarding my messages taking forever to send, looking for one bar of signal, toggling on & off airplane mode. Same location where I've been last decade with other carriers too. So, I can't wait to switch. That's my honest opinion.

Can you trade in the Xfinity device after adding the new line somewhere else but continue paying for the line? Say if you trade in the phone with At&T will they accept as well as will that create any problem for my Xfinity account?

No email, I logged into Xfinity then Xfinity rewards, and it was there. Trying to figure out what to do with the lines now, don't need the service so could downgrade to by the gig I suppose. So are you new to XM or were you already an XM and still got the code? I see other's on here asking for a code but I wonder if one didn't actually receive the code in their rewards account?

I still wonder if the code itself is unique or not?

The code is unique. If you don't see it in your reward portal, then you don't have it. My friend doesn't have xfinity mobile, so they got offer. I used the code on my XM account by adding a new line + transfer # over.

I am an existing Xfinity mobile customer and already have one device I added last year (11 payments remaining). I tried to add a new iPhone 15 and port in a new line, but when I added to the cart it says "You're over the number of lines you can have on device payment plans. For one or more lines, you'll need to pay in full or bring your own devices to continue. Or you can reduce the number of devices in cart."

Anybody runs into this issue?

So just to confirm you already were an XM customer and you were able to use your buddies code and it worked? Does it give you confirmation that the code does indeed work?
