When they accidentally terminated the service to my wife's line and then couldn't turn it back on, all while trying to fix an issue… I verified my account was good to port and moved to Verizon the next day.
Yes… I chose to literally pay 2.5 times per month to not have to talk to Xfinity customer service. Ya'll give that a think or two.

While swapping, eSim to pSim and vice versa should be fine right?
Is it recommended to wait for a month after getting the new phone and before swapping or after swapping?
By the way, I am gold member, I got nothing about this reward.
Also my internet promotion closes after 12 months( I took last thanksgiving) and it increases by $50. so what options I have? Since I will have to be with xfinity for 24 months to get the credits.
