Some of the details pages say that price matches are done in store but online also has the option of calling. Both times I've done a price match the phone reps carefully vet whether it's an online purchase or not. When the first rep completed the match I tried to see if she could also help out with a match for an in-store purchase and she refused and said it was against policy (also mentioning the physical card). Anyway, glad you could avoid the long drive and I hope others can too.

I'm doing a in store pick up tomorrow.
I'm wondering if I can do an exchange for another color instore??? Thoughts?

Has anyone done that with IKEA before?

We switched from black-brown to white. Black brown is fine for a home office setting but I think white is more uplifting in most room scenarios.

Neither is bad to be honest.
