Do you use a ceramic Kamado grill?

I don't think anyone is planning to use this at 700F, that is the temperature for pizza baking, not roasting.

Currently this item has a 5 stars rating in Amazon with over 1,800 reviews and it is one of the most popular accessories discussed within many Kamado Grill discussion forums.

Personally I have been looking at this (or the BGE version since I have a BGE) and at this price it is a good deal (over $100 cheaper than Amazon.)

You're overreacting. It gets warm, that's it. doesn't touch the controls.

I have one of these and it's great! I love using it with a basket and making wings. Crispy outside and smoky flavor, yet moist and tender inside. I use it on a Vision S series Kamado.
