xbox gift cards, Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, or anything in the Xbox or Microsoft store like Controllers or Headphones....I redeemed for $10 of xbox gift cards and got Hogwarts Legacy xbox series x version for $32. Oh yeah!

I would definitely grab the Series X version if you do. It's about $7 more, but well worth it.

Also, if you haven't played The BioShock games the three game collection for $9.99 is well worth it.

I'm going for

Dishonored 2 @ $2.99
Prey @ $2.99
Star Wars Squadron @ 1.99

I think all 3 of them are on GamePass but it's nice to be able to go back and play them anytime, not worrying about the subscription especially as they hike prices.

Also, Hogwarts Legacy is going for sale at $29.99 as mentioned earlier in the thread, and I'm hoping some retailer might price-match as well as do some B2G1 to make it even more slick, so holding off on that.

When did they "tax" us on console versions? This definitely makes me want to run to PC games now. I liked xbox bc it allowed BC without the tax.. but this changes everything. News to me!!

Is this "up to the developers"? Warner brothers, activision, who else is separating the versions.. ?

I have a Mac so playing windows games isn't an option for me. I haven't scanned receipts, so that is something I could do.
