GPU temps are ok but CPU temps are not. Maybe if you change the fans could be better but honestly not sure. Hot CPU / Motherboard components = stuttering and/or CPU thermal throttling. 5800x starts thermal throttling at 90C.

Will you stutter while only gaming? Doubt it but wouldn't risk it

Just build your own if you can. Will cost about the same or less with AM5 and 40 series card

It's slightly less than if you went and bought all the parts, so I suppose if you want a warranty on the machine and don't want to bother assembling it, then it's an okay buy.
