Same here, but I went to "Order Help" at the bottom of the page and navigated to "Chat with Agent", selected reason: refund. From there I connected with a different chat agent from the one in I tried in checkout's "chat with an expert". With a screenshot of the checkout including the same items, the agent refunded the difference.

I just traded in my active 2 for watch 6 and final price came up to $34. Good deal for my old watch. BTW, mine is not an EPP/EDU account, but got good discounts.

So I contacted them to see if they would just do a price adjustment to an order that I placed two days ago but they are making me rebuy and return. My order arrives today, is it safe to just wear this one and return the new one that arrives next week (assuming yes)?

Thanks for the tips. Time to replace my aging watch3. I was able to grab this watch for $101.99 with 20% chase CB + 10% CB from other site. Total spend should be around $70.
