I used this offer on 3 separate orders, each for $100 worth of Apple digital gift cards (each with $15 bonus BB GC). I had to do 1x100, 2x50, and 4x25 denominations to clear the quantity restriction mechanism. I also had an ApplePay offer on the same card (spend $50 get $5 back up to 3 times). On my first order I wasn't able to use ApplePay for some reason (after I submitted payment via AP I got a message that I can't use it on this order), but it worked on the next. I had already used that offer twice so it didn't really matter it didn't work the first time. Total back from Amex will be $30, so for $270 I got $300 Apple GC and $45 BB GC. I also bought some Apple GC at Target when they had their $15 bonus offer and combined it with a Circle bonus worth $30. Pretty good I think. I'm planning to buy a couple HomePods for the living room during Apple's BF sale ($50 GC with each HP).

I purchased 3 DoorDash cards (from the $20 off $100 bb deal) and added in a filler item to reach the $250 min, which gave me the $25 credit (posted today). I also used my Apple Pay so I got an additional $15 off.

It's the grand total including tax. Amex isn't aware of what part is tax or care.

Does the offer work if they split the charge to two transactions?

Update: Credit posted. Ordered 3 physical and one digital DD and they split the charge $240/$80

I'm interested in the digital ebay gift card but want to make sure the Amex offer would trigger for this. I've used this offer on physical gift cards (amazon, shell, ebay) in the past and no issues. Never tried e-gc. I don't know if its sold by best buy or 3rd party
