Straight $700, I'd say it's about the same deal as the recent Dell offer ($800 - $200 GC) since there's no gift card to mess with

2300R curvature

2020 model

Bought through Dell recently with the $200 promo card offer. Happy with the monitor so far. Easy to set up and better build quality than previous LGs. Received the promo card the day after monitor was delivered.

This is a good price and a new low on Amazon. Dell offer still beats it if you can take advantage of AMEX or other credit card YMMV offers, cashback through popular sites, and can use the $200 promo card plus $24 in Dell rewards (ideally on items Dell is having a sale on). That effectively brought my cost down on this monitor to <$350 pre-tax.

Good to know, but not seeing any great cashback percentages from any of the popular sites currently.

Just go off chatting with Dell, they refuse to price match.

As per the policy we do price match for the product which are not on deals with other sites and the the product should match the manufacturing part number of Dell, also the quantity shouldn't be limited of the product and it should be Sold and Shipped by the websites which is mentioned in the link given above. However, the product you wish to purchase is on Deal now. So, we wont be able to price match for the same.

Good thinking but didn't work. Phone rep said can only pricematch to Dell.com for existing orders ("Price Guarantee"). Chat rep said can't Pricematch to Amazon even for new orders as it's listed on Amazon as a deal and also Dell comes with $200 promo eGift card.

If I do this then I'll probably want to upgrade my RTX3080, and that would be another $1000+.

Nooooo... I should've waited for Black Friday. I thought $789 was a good deal and bought it at the time. ANYWAY... I love this monitor. And I'm coming from a 4k IPS monitor, so its really nice to experience big ultrawide.

Used a generic usb-c hub that had an hdmi input. Instant plug and play.

Be careful, those cheap hubs often limit you to 60 or even 30Hz.
