Did you get the email to pick your reward? That's when you select the G Cloud, etc. Email comes after your service is installed.

Got screwed by at&t then. Did apply that promo code, but only got $100 reward email which I think was for internet order promo on black friday. How many days you had to wait for G Cloud promo email?

Call them at ate-seven-seven 2581427and they will confirm your eligibility and ship out the relevant rewards.

Just an FYI. it was a pain to get the reward cards last time. they promised $300 and ended up only sending two $100 rewards. the calls to customer service is outsourced, after trying almost a dozen times, I gave up.

AT&T fiber is awesome. Almost 2 years now and my service has never ever gone down. It never slows down.. Always runs about 10-15% faster than advertised. My cable internet was never that reliable...

Tried to setup and got $155 at $55 a month for 75mps. None of the codes work and don't see any option to remove the previous offers it says I'm getting. ATT contractors cut the comcast line 3x when they were putting in the lines and knocked my internet out for 4+ hours each time.

Blame your cable company for that. The cable company is supposed to mark where the cable is so it doesn't get damaged, but they don't bother as they consider it a waste of their time. Electric/gas will always mark it because they know it is an automatic problem when the line gets cut. Phone companies with copper lines also will always mark it as well until they abandon them, which many have at this point.

Just signed up - did a chat and was able to get $300 in gift cards plus a Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 8 speaker, as the Logitch G Cloud was not available through Chat.

It's listed at $180 online, so.. close to $500 in offers.
