worst of all, they still have the damn fiber cable sticking out of the ground and into the side of my house. it's been 5 months and they still haven't come and under it underground yet.
anyone know who i can call? is this something i can sue them for?

Over the 36 months that we have to stay to get credit for the iphones, we would have paid att less than $3600 while receiving service that would have cost us over $5-6k with tmobile/spectrum AND we would have had to buy our own phones for $4k (if we wanted iphone 15s). So we are very happy with ATT. SOO much better signal in my area (and we have the lowest unlimited plan)

I asked the costco ATT guys he had probably no idea lol
I am just seeing ATT was trying to reach me on the phone # tied to the old account and left vmail stating there was a problem with my new order !
Honestly, AT&T fiber has been great since I ditched Spectrum in February, and the $250 in gift cards came quickly. It would be nice not to pay $80 a month for gig service though, of course, and ~500 megabit would probably be enough. We've had one incident resulting in maybe 4 hours of downtime in 10 months.
EDIT: I checked anyway and Verizon doesn't offer home internet here, presumably because of the weak service, although the 5G service seems to be pretty good throughout most of the area.
