Make sure to use the gift cards ASAP - When I got mine they were both spent on some scam crypto stuff within days, only found out when I went to use it months later. It was a pain to get it looked into by AT&T. Definitely someone on the inside running this scam

AT&T INTERNET
Internet 100
Speeds up to 100Mbps for $55/month (same as fiber at 300Mbps, basically a horrible price).
Consider yourself lucky. Here, it's $55 for 3 Mbps... THREE! No wonder Comcast feels like they can do whatever they want here. Literally zero competition.

"Speeds up to 10Mbps" for $55
I'll be glad when they upgrade the lines in my area.
Must still be DSL.

From reading the previous pages it seems you can cancel and rejoin, but I think it has to be under someone else's name. Can anybody clarify this? I currently have att fiber + mobile, so I get a discount for that, but idk if I you can cancel and reorder and add the new service to your existing account to get the benefits from before.

Somewhat off the subject, but question for anyone who has regular AT&T internet- they have a 1Tb/mo. data limit. I don't have cable so I stream TV, my son games online, and my daughter also watches streaming television. Would this data limit be good enough or would I have to worry about going over? I'm paying $80 right now for Spectrum and feel that is way too much so looking for an alternative.

AT&T Fiber doesn't have any monthly data limits. What you're seeing regarding 1TB/month only applies to DSL.

I am experiencing challenges in advancing from the credit check section.

I consistently receive an error message, requiring a return to cart, subsequent to inputting SSN and date of birth or Driver License and date of birth on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Is there a method by which to bypass this issue?

Yes, I'm asking about their DSL internet. Fiber isn't available at my house. I'm thinking about switching from Spectrum.

I was stoked to find this today! Came on here to see if it was already posted and sure enough it was. Smilie I've been on spectrum for many years mainly because AT&T always had a data cap. I just randomly started looking up speeds on AT&T and turns out we have fiber available now and no data caps on fiber! On top of that it initially offered me the $300 rewards for 1gig and then at the last second it offered me the extra $50.

The only negative to switching away from spectrum is they included some basic crappy cable channels with my plan (not even local channels). Oh well. Easy decision since my download speeds will double and my upload speeds... well I guess they'll be like 50x faster.

I hope the service doesn't end up sucking. Smilie

You should be just fine. Especially given the low max speed.

Do I get the promotion when sign up for 1gb now with installation in Feb 2024? Trying to time my dirt-cheap Spectrum 500mbps ($30) promotion which ends near Feb.

My mother is in the same boat. She was paying close to $100/mo but she also had a landline. When I had to take care of her for 6 weeks I switched her over to Comcast because I needed faster than 3Mbps to WFH. Got the comcast 50Mbps plan for $20/mo.

I have a choice of 5 different fiber companies at my house and I'm not sure competition really helps. They all price their plans exactly the same. Only great deal is the 8gig plan for $179/mo.

Did it tracked? i paid through APP and it posted as ATT mobile payment and it didnt triggered FIBER offer. not sure what i am doing wrong
From what I'm seeing Citi is treating it like a cashback site would. You have to click through them to get the $50.

The good thing about competition is that you can threaten to leave if they don't hook you up with offers. I kept spectrum for many years because I kept threatening to leave and they kept giving me crazy cheap deals.
