Ordered 2 from sams club, loaded to my instacart account, then my account get locked. instacrt won't give your money back. same applied to sams club. be aware, if your instatcart get locked no way you get your money back. no luck to get my account reactivated. contact them 10 times already.

They are not targeting non-profitable customers. Some were cooking methods to cheat instacart big time, causing them to lose a ton of money. Given that this is SD, I wouldn't be surprised if some SDers here participated in it. I never touched it as it was a borderline crime. I only ever use instacart on ridiculously good deals, and my account remains fine.

There have been a lot of instacart ban waves. I suspect they are banning non profitable customers. They've also cranked up the surcharges and stopped all the generous email coupons like $30 off $75 or 50% off wholesale.

You can buy anything on instacart with it. I have done this the past 3 years never had my account locked and I only upload gift cards I buy at a discount

That is strange. I've been buying discounted Instacart gift cards for over a year, maybe 2 now, and I've never had that happen. Are you a regular Instacart customer? I'm asking because I wonder if it's some type of fraud thing. Like if you're not a regular Instacart customer and suddenly $500 in gift cards shows up on your account, it throws a flag. Also I should mention that Instacart support is known to be awful. If you ask for a supervisor or someone from the US to call you, you should have better luck getting your account unlocked.
