I'm happy you enjoy this style of listening. I don't think I'm an audiophile by any means, but I do have an appreciation for decent sound. I tried this style and was appalled. I knew it would be rough - I just didn't fully grasp how rough. This style is definitely more for those who need to have their ears free or listen strictly to talking instead of music. While I am sure there are some folks who embrace music with these, I can't fathom enjoying it myself.
These are my favorite headphones and I keep convincing coworkers/family to buy them and they fall in love with them haha. I know the sound quality isn't great but I like them to wear around the office/shopping/wherever I am in public so I can still be aware of my surroundings or speaking to someone and not have to take my earbuds/headphones off constantly.

Exactly, and they are so comfortable. I never get tired of having them on. I've taught online classes with them, running, biking, gaming, movies… you almost forget you have them on.
Bought a pair upgrading from original air shokz. So comfy and light. Huge fan of original that are on their last leg so looking forward to trying these out
Anyone know if certain Aeropex/OpenRun models don't pair with a laptop? I'm sure an old pair of Aftershockz I had could pair with my laptop, but was unable to do so the other day.

I own the Shokz Open Run (base model), and I originally decided in favor of that one because it was cheaper and more water resistant (IP65 vs IP55 for the Pro). But this is such a good discount that if I were buying today I might get the Pro. Just be aware of the water resistance thing, especially if you run in the rain.

My boss has them and constantly talks about how much he loves them.... Are you my boss?
There are knockoffs on Amazon but don't know how they are.
I've tried several random name knockoffs from Amazon and they are OK. One pair I got from Amazon warehouse for $9 - it was like new and came in an envelop, but all the accessories were there. Honestly, I've never had a 'good' pair like these Shokz as they did seem expensive so I cannot compare the cheapos to them. I debating whether to try these out at this price.
One Question: what type of charging cable do these use. I couldn't find that information in the specs given. The cheapos tend to use mini-usb or a proprietary cable that can be a pain to get exactly right in the charging position.
