Are both of those systems already being compared on my gaming desktop spreadsheet?

https://docs.google.com/spreadshe...sp=sharing
Curious how the community compares this to CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop, AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 16GB, AMD Radeon RX 6700 10GB, 1TB SSD, Black, GMA6800WST https://www.walmart.com/ip/1593349367 . I think the iBuyPower has the better CPU, but the CyberPowerPC has the better GPU. Not sure which will give a better 1080p gaming experience.
Just looking at the parts used, I think the Cyberpower system is better deal overall. For gaming the GPU will be the bottleneck for performance on both configurations so the better GPU vs lessor CPU is better combo. Plus the Cyberpower is cheaper and has larger SSD.

Stop supporting companies who have been caught selling used parts as new....

Do these have the same known wifi issues similar to the other IBP prebuilts?

This is great. Novice question - which sub $1000 system would you recommend for new 10 yr old new gamer?

I honestly don't know. That's why I built this spreadsheet. So I could compare specs of one system vs another. I also wanted to buy from a vendor that I could trust (probably not Newegg). I'm strongly leaning towards the last system on my list (the cheapest one).

This is a good take. Ibuypower is a 13th gen intel slot too which makes the upgrade path nice imo

I settled on the amd, line 13. Jim nailed the reason above. Better vid card to hopefully last longer.

If the 3060 was the 12 GB variant instead of the 8 GB will be the best choice because of upgrades in the future

I bought the first system on your list. It's been sitting untouched on the LR floor since Monday. I've been waiting for feedback on it but I haven't seen any yet. Also waiting to see what's coming up on Friday.

Quick question on the HP desktop you're talking about - do you know if Intel® Arc™ A380 6GB has 2 HDMI and/or DisplayPort out. I have a 2 monitor setup and wanted to see if I need to upgrade GPU?

Also - really want to thank you for your worksheet. That's been amazing help.
