Had this cage for 3+ years now. Hands down best cage for the $ compared to others in the same price range. It's not a Rogue but can handle 300-400 lbs bench & squat loads like it's nothing. Doesn't shake. Pull-down attachment smooth. The safety bars are another big reason why I went with this. I feel a lot safer dropping a bar on these instead of the skinny rods or even bands that I've seen on other cages. FWIW I bought a 2nd set I was that impressed.

Does anyone know if you can get the Lat pulley attachment to work with a Titan T-3 power cage?

Not without quite a bit of effort. You'd have to figure out a way to mount it as this attachment relies on the protruding curved tubing on the bottom of the rack for support.

My timeline for setting up a gym room is 1-2 months. This deal is what I'm looking for (with the lat attachment), but I'm definitely waiting until BF to see if this goes any lower or any other options appear. Realistically, I don't see this dropping much more than the current price though...

Makes sense. The only downside I saw from the reviews is that the safety bars are PITA to remove and adjust. I can live with it though. !

Yeah it could lower but if it did do not think it will be a huge drop. Maybe $40-50 less on the rack to match the FP deal from earlier in the year. I missed that FP deal and regretted it because the only racks I've seen on sale since then have been the lower quality racks. Once I saw the lat attachment was on sale too for only $119 I quickly bought it. If you are looking for both of these, this is a great deal.

Does anybody know the difference between this and 810 XLT. The latter seem to be widely used but I am not sure if it's worth the extra $70

810 XLT is a downgrade. The 810XLT is a bit smaller so that could be an advantage if space is tight but in every other way the X-Class is better.

I'd suggest checking your local listings for a used one. I scored both this rack and the lat pulldown for $200. Not in the best shape with some rust stains, but completely functional and a great setup.

edit: the one I bought was a different fitness reality rack/lat pulldown.
