I would rank this one at the best budget build currently up. If you can swing the extra $200 I would get that 12700 with the 3080.

Look for the mini chronos on this site sold by a walmart seller. For $50 more you get a faster processor, and 32 gb ram instead of 16. It is in stock.

Almost never do computers come with optical drives of any kind these days. So...no.

sorry, reread your question and I was wrong. a bay to add a drive? yes. A drive actually installed, no. I'm sure you could find a $20 drive and install it.

No. Most new cases do not have a bay to install a dvd or blu-Ray drive. Most people will buy an external dvd/BR drive if they want one, or look for a case that has an external bay.
