For an online purchase, if my total is $53 but I use an anniversary code to bring it down to $43, will I still get the $15 wyb $50?

The rewards are good immediately. It used to be that you had to wait a day but they changed that a few years ago.

I did the cheap clearance SH yesterday and it worked fine for the BC. I did the more expensive SH today and some of them rang up at full price and had be adjusted down. Halloween clearance (except candy) went to 90% off on Sunday.

Did anyone place an online order today or yesterday and receive bonus cash? I placed one earlier yesterday, around 2 pm and didn't receive bonus cash or reward points .. so of course that's going to be a nightmare chatting w/a RA rep to get it back, especially when all I get is a 'no agents available' message. MadMadMadMadMad

Yes I did. No bonus cash so I chatted. Their new policy is "bonus cash will take at least 8 days to be in your account for online orders". But they had no notice whatsoever, and of course took my BC to pay. I am not happy about it all.

I believe whatever rep you talked to totally made that up. They are so uneducated on RA policy. In the past, I have been told you don't get the BC until the order ships, that it takes 24 hours after the order is placed, that it is 6 am the next day, etc. All incorrect. They are beyond frustrating. I doubt either of us will see that BC again. MadMadMadMad

Yeah I've been told all those as well but this time I don't think so. My points haven't posted either and someone else in a different chat said they had bc show up in 'pending" for their online order which is a new category under BC on the website. Not on app yet. My pending shows 0 though too. I've been shopping RA for many years, I think it really might be new policy as they have that new pending category. It it is true then I find it ridiculous they didn't notify at checkout.

Replying to my previous comment. I got a shipping email today and a couple of hours later my bonus cash showed in the pending section online, available 11/29. Points also posted.
