So you can buy the Sonicare and $10 worth of Walgeens filler items for $35 OOP and receive $10 in Wags rewards.
Also, the pressure sensor is pretty worthless. I feel like if you're pushing right up to the sensor feedback point you might already be pushing too hard. I've used Sonicare for 20+ years and I have some gum recession, which started with the old E-series. I don't push hard, but I think that's the point. It doesn't take much pressure to really do some damage. When my 4100 dies I'll likely just stick with a basic 1000-series. I used one for travel before giving it to my son and it was pretty good.

Right about month 11 the switch would no longer activate the brush - tried charger, cable etc and nada, dead.
Contacted Philips and apparently they're sending a replacement, hasn't arrived it, but seems they do make good on their warranty.
For $28, this isn't bad, but also you're getting what you paid for and really nothing more.
Would I buy it again? Probably not - the 5100 or better models do a significantly better job on your teeth but as a disposable for traveling purposes, probably ok.

Here is a written comparison: https://www.electrictee
Both are excellent, and the reviewer above prefers the newer "4100 Power" model. I expect more deals on these for black friday, so I am holding out for the older ProtectiveClean version.
Looks like the main differences are:
1) the new model has fewer brush movements per minute (only 31,000 vs 62,000).
2) the new model is slimmer and lighter (3.4 oz vs 4.6 oz)
3) the new model has high & low speed, while the old model has one speed (high).
4) the new model requires a standard USB-plug adapter that is not included, while the old model includes a plug.
