It's an LED light source. No need to change a lamp.

This is a ridiculously great price for this projector. I bought it from Amazon back when it was on sale for $1000 and was happy with the price…not anymore.

Yeah. It's an LED. Projector Central's review says it's rated at 25,000 hours. XGIMI's website says 30,000. But whatever's the case, you can't replace LED/Laser innards. And you shouldn't have to unless it's a defective lemon. Traditional bulbs were rated to last 1/10 that time.

I had requested the price match via chat informing them that the price has increased and initial offer mentioned the deal is going to be available till Nov 27th. Based on this information they had opened an incident, the rep informed me that I need to order the item and wait for it to be shipped, once that is done, I need to request the price match with documented proof for the price.

So, I ordered the projector and waited for it to be shipped, once I got the notification of shipment, I requested the price match via chat (Referenced the earlier given ticket number). The agent did not ask for any screenshot and processed the price match.
