hard to believe this wont do the same thing, but i dont have any proof
this is a great price for a 12th gen but ive grown to accustomed to touch screens in my laptops

I too think it is wasteful to supply a barrel type charger when plenty of other laptops come with USB C chargers that supply 200+ watts of power.

Same CPU, RAM and SSD. Not sure if the HP allows adding more RAM but this Dell can. If you have the Amex offer, this Dell is cheaper by $40. Staples would be easier to return the HP if you don't like it though.
