I bought this last year in store. If you see vitamix reps there, make sure to talk to them or at least show them that it's in your cart. One gave me the spatula that goes under the blades for free!
Edit: wrote kitchen aid instead of vitamix

This company could go out of business for real because this blender is not only the top class but also never broke

I bought this last year in store. If you see vitamix reps there, make sure to talk to them or at least show them that it's in your cart. One gave me the spatula that goes under the blades for free!

Well ours broke after 8 years…but they fixed it and shipped free. We cannot recommend this company enough.
