I find there to be a complete lack of home "high end" waffle makers.

Why can't I find a good one with cast iron that isnt $1200?

There are cheap plastic outside with nonstick inserts and then there are removable nonstick inserts ones..then seems to jump to commercial.

I want something that will get HOT and make the waffles airy and crispy. I'm willing to pay $120 on a slickdeals.
