Fyi if you have a Netflix sub, gamepad for your phone, dead cells offered by Netflix is free and gives you all dlc. Playing on my fold 5 and it's great

My understanding is that the entire game and DLC is on the cartridge, but it's a prior version. So if you want the latest update, the game will prompt you to do a complete download of everything, not just the update files

I picked it up from Best Buy when they had a deal, full game is on the cart and can be enjoyed as is. Updates are available though.

I literally had it in my cart, deleted it because I was trying to get Kirby at the same time and now I can't add it back to cart for 20 bucks. Very sad
