If I needed one of these, I would try to get Target or Bestbuy to price match and pick it up in store. Too many stories about Amazon getting replica products from other sellers mixed in with their genuine stock from the original manufacturer.

First of all, this is a slick deal. Secondly, this is the entire point of the new iPhone 15 USB C port. You don't have to have a special MIFI certified cord and charger. A quality high output USB C cord and charger will do just fine.

People like buying Apple branded accessories because they're guaranteed to work. However, Amazon is filled with fakes so it's hard to trust the product.

You can get the Anker 30w nano adapters that have foldable prongs and are smaller.

Most iPad models will draw the maximum 20W from this charger using the 9V mode.

However, those seeking higher power charging options for an iPad would (depending upon their iPad model) look to a 30W charger supporting a 15V Power Delivery mode.

Can it be achieved using other apple usb c charger (i.e charger made for macbook)? Or it must be 3rd party charger? If 3rd party, what charger would you recommend?

Correct: Apple's higher wattage chargers typically offer support for the higher voltage Power Delivery modes as they are specifically designed to support Macbooks. At the same time, you can indeed find "low wattage" 3rd party chargers that support 15V and 20V modes (and even the optional 12V mode that is also supported by some Apple devices).

Walmart matched I think.

Last time I bought this from Amazon I received a the retail package missing the product. Literally sent an empty 4 gram box. I stick with Walmart (and delivery or store pickup now).

I don't buy anything from Amazon like this. I go to Best Buy and have them match it. Amazon used to be flooded with fakes and I don't trust them.
