I think so, Payback is made for PS4 (will play on PS5) v Unbound which is made for PS5 and at $13.99 seems like it is worth the extra

instead of buying some of these games, which you'll most likely only play for a few weeks, try out the ea monthly pass ($5) or playstation plus extra ($15) and are cheaper for longer subscriptions. I have spent just about $20 dollars so far on these subscriptions after buying a ps5 2 months ago and I have played over $500 worth of games, it's ridiculous how much value you can get if you are playing a few hours every day. they're not just old games either like ghost of tsushima, demon souls, ratchet and clank, NFS unbound (listed for sale here), mass effect, titanfall, horizon dawn (also listed here), etc.

Are you talking about Horizon? If so then the $19.99 version says it comes with the digital upgrade to ps5, add in teh expansion and you have a great deal for the complete ps5 set
