But is there any legit way to test UV protection??
No name sunglasses concern me bc the tint can give a false illusion of protection.
Polarity is pretty easily checked against any polarized electronic screen, but I don't know of a way to verify UV ratings
I'd rather they be actually rated and fall apart than be fake UV protection and hold up forever..
For a couple of bucks more you can choose any color combo you want. Good deal for a pair to leave in the car in case you forget to bring the "good" pair with you.
