Ah, I see the sensor is different, however, the current a119 does have wifi.

Consumer cameras have come a long way in the last 5ish years. Nice to see. Catching up $12k setup police use.

Clock resetting is because of the internal button battery that keeps the time dies. I saw online how to open and replace it but didn't bother on mine yet.

probably worth getting a SD card reader that plugs into your iphone or android, so you can play the video at the scene if necessary

I've had this since it first came out. Not sure if its defective or what, but randomly it will just stop recording and start beeping. Viofio Support first blamed the gps module, then they blamed the SD card, now they blame the mic. Luckily it doesn't happen often so I've just learn to deal with it, but definitely something going on.

Recording Quality is amazing though.
