EDIT: For what it's worth, I have this model. I got it last year and so far it's been good. It's functional. I don't drink a lot of coffee. Maybe 1 cup every other day. So far no issues at all. And it's pretty fast IMO. I can have a cup made in under a minute if the water in the reservoir is at room temperature.
